IFS Food

The IFS Food Standard, developed by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSI), ensures the production of safe and high-quality food, aiming for the international standardization of hygiene and product safety procedures.

QS Certification Mark

The QS certification mark ensures that the QS inspection system covers all stages of the supply chain, from feed to the finished sausage product, with strict traceability and hygiene requirements applying to all companies, regularly checked by independent auditors.

ITW

As a supplier to the sausage industry, we play a key role in the supply chain and are happy to support the efforts of the Tiewohl initiative for better rearing conditions for animals.

Halal

The halal certification institute Halal Certification Germany (HCG ) is an independent and internationally recognized certification body for halal products in Germany. This enables us to guarantee our customers a seamless supply chain for halal products.

Organic

Organic food production has become an integral part of the meat and sausage product range. In order to meet the demand in this area, our production is also certified organic. This enables us to offer our customers standardised quality here too
